Auxiliary emails will be temporarily offline again late in the evening of Saturday, 24 September and potentially part of 25 September to finish email migration to the new server. There may be some additional temporary issues on the weekend as domain record changes propagate to nameservers across the Internet, resulting in delays in email delivery.
The migration removes the limit we had on the number of accounts. This lead us to restrict them to core staff only. After the migration we can provide accounts to all volunteers in good standing. After the migration, volunteers will begin to receive new login credentials to access email, volunteers with existing accounts first. All Auxiliary email accounts are for Auxiliary business only and not to be used as a personal email.
